Please note: if your PCN has been passed to one of our bailiff contractors we will not be able to consider any challenges. Enforcement action will continue, therefore it is important that you contact the bailiff directly.

Kennington Parking Shop closes on 16 December 2011
As a result of improvements to parking services, such as the introduction of online permit renewals and PayByPhone, we are closing the parking shop on 16 December. The services provided by the shop are being transferred and will be available either online, by post, by telephone or at our customer service centres at Brixton and Streatham.

Car pound
The car pound is the only place where you can pay the removal release fee and storage charges for your vehicle.
You can also pay for a PCN at the car pound.

Out of hours emergency enforcement
The following emergency enforcement numbers have been set up for residents to call should their driveway or a disabled bay become blocked by an unauthorised vehicle.
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, please call 020 7926 9000.
- At all other times please call the car pound on 020 7237 6844.
The removal service is available from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 8am to 5pm on Sundays.
These numbers should not be used for enquiries concerning the car pound, permits, pay and display, arranging suspensions, complaints or any other general enquiries.
