Disabled parking permit

A disabled parking permit - the Blue Badge and Lambeth-only residents' White Badge allows you to park in disabled parking bays.

Blue Badge - the disabled parking permit

The Blue Badge scheme is a Europe-wide arrangement for parking concessions for people with severe mobility difficulties, or certain other disabilities, who travel either as drivers or passengers.

White Badge - Lambeth-only residents' disabled parking permit

To receive a Lambeth Disabled Parking Permit (white badge) applicants must have either their own blue badge or care for a disabled minor who has a blue badge.

The white badge allows holders to park in disabled bays without having to display their Blue Badge.

The vehicle must be registered in the Blue Badges holder's name.

Go to our Blue Badge page to find out if you are eligible to apply for a Blue Badge permit.

To be eligible for a White Badge you:

  • the vehicle must be registered in the name of the Blue Badge holder.
