Any resident or motorcycle permit holder whose permit expires after 23 November 2011 and whose vehicle and address details have not changed are eligible to use this service (this does not include housing estate permits).
Please note you are unable to edit any of your personal details.
If any of your personal or vehicle details have changed since you purchased your last permit you will be required to apply for a renewal by post or at one of our customer centres and supply the relevant documentation as explained on the resident, motorcycle and visitor parking permits application form.
How to use this service
All permit holders whose permits expire after 23 November 2011 will be sent a reminder letter within 28 days of the expiry of their permit. This letter will include a permit reference number and an online code.
- Be aware that by using our online parking permit renewal application you are agreeing to the following declaration:
I certify that my details have not changed since my last application and I fully abide by the terms and conditions as outlined in Lambeth's Resident permit application form. I understand that I will have to surrender my permit and may be liable for prosecution if it is found that I am no longer entitled to the permit or I no longer meet the necessary criteria.
- Go to our secure online parking permit renewal application. You will need your permit reference number and online code.
- Enter in your permit reference number and online code and click 'Next'.
- This takes you to a page to check your details - remember permits can only be renewed online if your details do not need changing.
- Select the length of the permit you require.
- Enter an email address if you would like a receipt.
- Enter your payment details - payment can then be made by credit or debit card - and click next.
- Check all the details are correct, tick the box to confirm that you accept the terms and conditions and then click 'Make payment' to confirm your renewal.
- You will then get a confirmation screen.
If you have any problems using the system please call 020 7926 9000.
How will I get my permit?
All permits are sent by post and you should receive your permit within 5 working days of purchase.
What if I don't have an online code?
If your permit is for just one month or is of a type other than a residents or motorcycle permit, you will not receive an online code. You will need to renew your permit by post or at a customer centre.
If however you have received a letter stating your online code but you have misplaced it, we can arrange to have your letter sent to you again. If your permit is not due to expire in the next 7 days please contact ParkingBusinessSupport@lambeth.gov.uk stating your name, permit reference number and vehicle registration number and we will arrange to re-post your online code to you. Otherwise you will need to apply for a permit by post or at a customer centre.
