Penalty Charge Notice charges for tickets issued before 12.01am , 1 July 2007
There are separate charges for penalty charge notices and for clamps and removals.
Please note that there are two charge bands for Penalty Charge Notices that are issued for parking contraventions in the London Borough of Lambeth.
- Band A - £100
- Band B - £80
Band A roads - roads north of the South Circular.
Band B roads - roads south of the South Circular that are not in a Controlled Parking Zone.
The penalty for all moving traffic and bus lane contraventions is £100.
A discount of 50% will apply to the above charges if paid within 14 days.
Moving Traffic, Bus Lane and London Lorry Control Scheme charges
- Bus Lane Contraventions £100
- Moving Traffic Contraventions £100
- Driver contravening the London Lorry Control Scheme £100
- Operator contravening the London Lorry Control Scheme £500
A discount of 50% will apply to the above charges if paid within 14 days.
Other charges
- Release from clamp £65
- Release from Car pound £150
- Storage fees £25 per day
- Disposal fee £65
