How do I enquire about permits, request a permit or a suspension application form?

You have three options:

Call 020 7926 9000, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Visit our parking shop or customer centres (see below).
Online - visit the parking permits page.

How do I pay my Penalty Charge Notice?

You can pay by any of the following options:

If you have a Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch or Maestro card you can telephone our fully automated payment line on 0845 331 3310 option 1, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Pay online, on our payments page.
Send a cheque or postal order made payable to 'London Borough of Lambeth' with your Penalty Charge Number (the number beginning with 'LH') written on the reverse to:

At the parking shop you can:

pay for a Penalty Charge Notice
apply for and receive a permit
book a bay suspension for special circumstances
obtain general advice about parking in Lambeth
pay for your Lambeth Housing parking permits and scratch cards.

Customer Centres

Brixton Customer Centre

The Brixton Customer Centre has replaced the Brixton Parking Shop, which closed on 17 November 2007. You can pay for all the same services in cash using the Kiosk.

If you wish to organise a bay suspension in a Controlled Parking Zone you will have to visit the Lambeth Towers Parking Shop.

Gracefield Gardens Customer Centre

The Lambeth Contact Centre closed on 28 December 2007 and was replaced by the new Gracefield Gardens Customer Centre on 3 January 2008.

The new Customer Centre is a development between Lambeth Primary Care Trust and Lambeth Council. You can access the following parking services as well as paying for your transactions using cash at the Kiosk: (If you wish to organise a bay suspension in a Controlled Parking Zone you will have to visit the Lambeth Towers Parking Shop.)

Make payments for Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and residents permits (all payments are by credit card and debit card only)
Apply for parking permits
Report faulty meters and Pay and Display machines
Book appointments for CCTV viewings for traffic or parking contraventions.

Out of Hours Emergency Enforcement

An emergency enforcement number has been set up for residents to call should their driveway or a disabled bay become blocked by an unauthorised vehicle.
