Highways Asset Management Plan (HAMP)
This document is the initial HAMP for the London Borough of Lambeth (LBL). It is intended to determine and inform the current and future approach used for the management of the highway network managed by LBL. The document recognises the current weaknesses as well as strengths of the current approach to management of the highway network as an asset and recommends ways to improve current practices.
