Report street care issues online
You can report fly-tipping, graffiti, dead animals, flyposting, streets that need cleaning, or you can request a bulky refuse collection using our online forms. See our apply online and report it online pages.
Lambeth has a team of Environment Monitoring Officers dedicated to monitoring environmental issues within the borough.
Our in-house team Grimebusters responds to flyposting and removes flyposters from across the borough. Housing offices deal with flyposter removal on estates.
We have agents monitoring fly-tipping, we remove illegal rubbish dumps and we issue tip clearance letters so you can correctly dispose of rubbish yourself.
Freshview is a major council initiative to make your local area and the borough cleaner, safer and greener by improving the quality of the environment. Community Freshview is its award-winning off-shoot led by residents.
Our in-house team Grimebusters cleans up graffiti across the borough. Housing offices deal with graffiti removal on housing estates.
Over the last few years we have placed over 700 new litter bins around the borough. In order to maximise the usefulness of our bins we aim to position them by bus stops, schools and in busy shopping areas such as markets or high streets.
We are responsible for maintaining and cleaning four on-street public conveniences. We also run a Community Toilet Scheme in the borough.
We clean all public roads and footpaths, wash down pavements in the town centres and empty litter bins as part of our street cleaning service.
