Community Toilet Scheme

The Community Toilet Scheme is a borough wide scheme to improve and increase access to public toilets for residents and visitors across the borough. Sign to toilets in The Fish Club

Under the scheme businesses such as restaurants, bars and shops work together with the council to provide more clean, safe and accessible toilets for members of the public.

Several of the premises offer wheelchair access and baby changing facilities.

How does the scheme work?

Members of the public can use the toilet facilities of the businesses during their normal opening hours and without any need to make a purchase.

Participating businesses will display one of the following stickers in their window to show the facilities they have:
