Our in-house team Grimebusters cleans up graffiti across the borough. Housing offices deal with graffiti removal on housing estates.

Our services

• Free graffiti removal from residents' properties.
• Free graffiti removal from local business premises, including metal security shutters, and subsidised graffiti removal from other areas.

High level graffiti

Graffiti placed at high level (above 2 metres) will require the owner to supply the council with access equipment.

Reporting graffiti

When reporting graffiti, please give details of the exact location, the extent of graffiti, the surface affected and whether it is of a racist or offensive nature.

Our service standards

• We remove racist or offensive graffiti within 24 hours of notification.
• We remove graffiti from main roads within five working days of notification.
• We remove graffiti from side roads within 14 working days of notification.
• We remove graffiti from other residential roads within 28 working days of notification.
