Travel Without Polluting campaign results
To test the success of the campaign we surveyed residents living in Brixton.
The survey asked the residents which, if any, of the campaign publications had they seen and remembered.
The results found that 22% of Brixton residents had seen one or more of the campaign publications.
This result, when compared to similar transport related campaigns, was found to be relatively high.
The results below show which type of publication residents remembered the most.
- Postcard through resident's letter box - 19%.
- Poster on bus shelter - 18%.
- Advert in local paper - 17%.
- Poster at various sites around Brixton - 17%.
- Advert on back of local buses - 7%.
- Lambeth Life magazine advert - 4%.
