Consultation diary
The Consultation diary home page is where you will find a list of all current and planned consultations. To find out more about a consultation, click on the title of the consultation and you will be taken to a page setting out its details. From this page you will also be able link to any documents associated with the consultation, to any other web pages that provide information about the subject of the consultation and, if one exists, to an online form that will allow you to give your views.
You can add new consultations (if you have the user ability), or download full data on all of the consultations as a CSV file (this requires a third party program such as Microsoft Word or Excel for data manipulation). There is also a detail button, which will take you to a page with the details of all displayed consultations in a table. There, you will find links under the Subject of Consultation Column, which if clicked on will show the details of just that consultation.
The Consultation diary home page also links to a Consultations Search page where you can find search options for looking up past, present and planned consultations.
If you have a question on how the Consultation diary operates and cannot find out what you need to know on this page, please contact the administrator on mpicksley@lambeth.gov.uk
Search for consultations
Search for consultations page allows you to search for one or more consultations. You can search for past consultations by extending the timescale of your search (but note that there are no consultation exercises listed before March 2000).
You can use the simple search option where you only input word(s) from the title of consultations and/or a date. You simply enter what text you think is included in the title of the consultation and you are taken to another page displaying search results matching your query. Alternatively, you can use the advanced search option where you can individually specify attributes of a consultation. You can search using a number of criteria, for example, by council department, geographical area or subject. This will narrow down your search significantly making it much easier to browse. (You will not be able to search by area, ward or interest area for any consultations entered into the diary before August 2004, as this information was not recorded in the diary before this date.)
