Lambeth equalities monitoring policy October 2013.

Lambeth recognises that effective equalities monitoring is essential to us move toward our ambition of becoming a Cooperative Council. It is only when we understand the issues of different communities, when using or not using our services, that we will be able to co-produce services which reflect the needs of all of our residents, staff and other stakeholders.

Monitoring service use, customer contact, complaints and satisfaction for the protected groups defined in legislation ensures that services are fair and identifies the needs of users and non-users alike.
