associated services

This report outlines the outcome of the
eAuction tendering exercise carried out by Officers following the
approval by procurement boards to commence the re-tendering of the
council’s IT Client Device Hardware contract. In order to
partake in the eAuction the Executive Director of Finance and
Resources delegated his authority to the Head of Commissioning and
Partnership Strategy or her nominated officer and the ICT Services
Head of Operations to award contracts on behalf of the authority in
accordance with the rules of eAuctions under the EU
directives.
