Myatt's Fields Park
Myatt's Fields Park is a wonderful Victorian park with fine examples of seasonal bedding displays.
Recently restored with funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund and Lambeth Council, the park contains a wide range of heritage and recreational facilities. These include tennis courts, a bandstand and ball games area, along with a new playground with a wet play zone.
Myatt's Fields Park is one of Lambeth's nine Green Flag Award-winning parks, having won this prestigious title for the first time in 2009. Help us look after Myatt's Fields Park
Myatt's Fields Park is managed by Lambeth Parks and Greenspaces and comes under the Lambeth Central Parks Area, although it has its own dedicated Park Manager.
It also comes under an area patrolled by the Vassal Safer Neighbourhoods Team of Lambeth Borough Police, who work in close partnership with Lambeth Council and the Myatt's Fields Park Project Group to make sure the park and its surroundings are safe and welcoming for everybody.
Please remember that whilst Myatt's Fields Park welcomes responsible dog walkers, some areas are dog free such as the children's playground, the Mulberry Centre and picnic, quiet and nature conservation areas. This is for the comfort and safety of children and their carers, and also helps protect wildlife. The rest of the park is open to dogs to be exercised off the lead without disturbing others.
