What to send us
You can upload scanned documents or digital photos here. Digital photos can be taken on a smart phone.
All uploaded files need to show your document face on; with all information clearly readable. If we can't read your documents it will take longer to process your claim or change.
Check the evidence checklist on your claim sheet to see which documents you need to send us. You will have received your claim sheet after submitting your housing benefit/change in circumstances application.
We sometimes need to see originals of your evidence documents. We will get in touch to arrange an appointment if this is the case.
