Lambeth Council is looking for organisations to let the Norwood Park Stay and Play One O’Clock Club and provide high quality services to children and their families in the borough.

We are looking for tenants that want to maximise use of these premises to promote and encourage community engagement and use. The lease provided will allow for hire agreements to support this.

Services provided by your organisation should support the council's aims and objectives set out in the Lambeth’s Children and Young People’s Plan 2018-22, and have a particular focus on our Better Start objectives.

In addition to the wider services provided by your organisation, the council will require delivery of at least 3 stay and play sessions per week, which are:

  • accessible to all babies and children aged 0-4 attending with their parents and carers, including those with additional needs; and
  • delivered in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

The premises

The One O’Clock Club building is located at the northern edge of Norwood Park with spectacular views overlooking the city. The premises has both indoor and outdoor space, comprising of a large main hall, grass play area, kitchen, toilets and several storage spaces.

Site visits can be arranged in advance for the following days:

  • Thursday 1 October - 11am to 1pm
  • Monday 5 October - 2pm to 4pm

We will allow 10 minutes for a visit and you will be required to follow COVID-19 social distancing guidelines.
