We want your views on the scope of the Draft Integrated Impact Assessment for the Site Allocations Development Plan Document Scoping Report. The consultation runs from 8 July to 2 September.

Lambeth Council has begun preparation of the Site Allocations Development Plan Document (SA DPD). The SA DPD will form part of the statutory development plan for Lambeth, alongside the revised Lambeth Local Plan. It will be a key tool in achieving the aspirations of the council’s Growth Strategy. Through setting the framework for the future development of key sites this will enable schemes to move more smoothly through the planning process and provide more certainty for landowners and developers, as well as local residents and other stakeholders.

The SA DPD will focus on key opportunity sites that would particularly benefit from site-specific policy (in addition to borough-wide policy) to promote investment, optimise capacity and secure the best development outcome. Other sites will continue to be guided by the rest of the policies in the development plan (London Plan, Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plans).

We are currently consulting on the Draft Integrated Impact Assessment Scoping Report (July 2020). Please see Site Allocations Development Plan Document - Integrated Impact Assessment webpage for further information.

If you have any comments or views on the Site Allocations DPD Draft Integrated impact Assessment Scoping Report, please let us know by email below.

The next step will be the preparation of an Integrated Impact Assessment Report which will be published alongside the Site Allocations DPD at Regulation 18 stage.
