Final Notice of Review of Polling Districts and Polling Places - Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013

On 16 December 2014 in accordance with Schedule A1 of the Representation of the People Act 1983 and the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013, the London Borough of Lambeth gave notice that it was conduct a review of Polling Districts and Polling Places.

The Returning Officer published proposals on 18 December and invited representations to be made in writing by no later than Friday 23 January 2015 for consideration.

The representations have been considered by the Returning Officer and final proposals were published on Friday 30 January 2015. The representations and responses were also published alongside the final proposals.

The final proposals and representations are published in full on the website, at the town hall and the local studies library. All changes to polling districts, polling places and polling stations will come into effect on Monday 2 February 2015, which is the date of the publication of the register of electors.
