Vauxhall is changing with many new buildings, the underground station upgrade, and a new underground station next to a new Sainsbury’s store all on the horizon. Share your views and ideas to feed in to TfL's design at a community workshop.

In January 2015, TfL’s first public consultation reported broad support for a scheme that would:

  • Return the streets to two-way working
  • Maintain and improve the rail, tube and bus interchange including changes to the current bus station
  • Provide new and improved public spaces in and around the transport interchange

TfL will hold a second public consultation on the detail of the scheme at the end of the year.

Before then we want to better understand your views and ideas on what the future of the transport interchange and wider town centre should look and feel like. This will feed into, and help shape, TfL’s design of the new interchange and bus station.

This first workshop at the Carmelita Centre on Thursday 25 June at 6.30pm will focus on how the public transport interchange and bus station, Bondway, and Albert Embankment areas could look and feel.

How to respond

This consultation ended on Thursday 25 June 2015 and is now closed for responses.
