Area boards have replaced area housing forums and other engagement

In July 2017 the council agreed to change the formal resident engagement structures.

Area boards have nominations from Tenants and Residents Associations as well as other interested residents and will concentrate on service improvements and monitoring the performance of the area housing office and its contractors.
