If you sign up for a mylambeth account you’ll be able to check your balance and view past invoices, cost breakdowns and payments.

To view your service charge account, simply log in to your mylambeth account and from the list of available services, please click on 'Housing Management'.

If you already have other services added such as council tax, click on ‘Add Account’ in the top left corner and then 'Housing Management' on the next screen.

You'll then need to enter the following details as they appear on your account. You can find these details on any correspondence that has been sent out to you.

  • Housing payment reference (this is your service charge account number)
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Date of birth

You may require an unlock code to verify the account is yours. If so, this will be sent out to you by post to the correspondence address we have for you.

If you have any problems adding your account, email HMHomeownership@lambeth.gov.uk and include the details you used.

You can only add the account for one property to your mylambeth. If you own more than one property, you'll need to create other mylambeth accounts.
