Learn about the African symbols known as Adinkra. Discover the Ancient African history that conveys traditional wisdom, aspects of life and the environment. The Adinkra symbols of the Ashanti in Ghana are timeless and still used today on fabric, walls, in pottery, woodcarvings, and logos. Learn their hidden meaning through animation, films, and folktales. Use the textile stamps to create your own designs on a T- shirt or cloth bag for a donation of £1 in this family workshop.
