As part of the Waterloo Works! consultation, we are holding drop-in sessions so you can take a look at our plans and have your say.

The Waterloo Works! Project aims to repurpose 30 Wootton Street on a temporary basis to support businesses in Waterloo, provide opportunity to local and Lambeth residents and bring better jobs to the area.

Proposals include the refurbishment and extension of the disused Council building to provide much-needed office and affordable workspace for 'start up' and small and medium-sized creative and digital businesses.

Under the proposals, the site will also provide a new community and events space, enabling the delivery of an enterprise support programme, both of which will be accessible to local and Lambeth residents.

We welcome you to attend one of our drop-in sessions where you can see our proposals, meet the team and have your say.
