The Community Trigger is a process that can be used to ask agencies to review their response to anti-social behaviour or hate incidents you have reported. It is not a complaints procedure. You can use the Community Trigger if you have reported the same issue on three separate occasions within the past six months to either the police, the council or your housing provider. Use this form to start a Community Trigger process.

Promoting equality

To make sure we are providing fair services to all of Lambeth’s diverse communities we ask you a few questions about yourself. You do not have to answer the questions but it would help us greatly if you did. The information will be used to help us plan services that meet the needs of all its users

Your answers will be kept confidential and any information published will be made anonymous. No information that can identify you, your home or your household will be passed to any other organisations without asking you first.
