If you have ordered a residents permit that is due to start on or after 2 October 2017 you will not receive a paper permit in the post. Your permit will be an E-Permit and you will not have to display a permit in your vehicle.
You can follow the progress of your application by logging into your account on our parking permits website, where you will be able to check to see if your vouchers have been posted.
You should usually receive your vouchers/permits within five working days of being posted. Permits and vouchers are sent by Royal Mail signed delivery, if no one is available for signature they will be held by your local royal mail depot for two weeks. We would advise if the permits system states Order Complete, if after five working days you have not received your permit to contact Royal Mail regarding your delivery.
