Following a complaint made to Lambeth Council's Chief Executive Sean Harriss 14 points have been investigated by the council's Monitoring Officer.

All relevant parties were interviewed as part of that process and a number of documents reviewed. This report has subsequently been produced outlining the findings on each specific issue.

The investigation determined that the Garden Bridge application, and all subsequent post consent matters, were dealt with professionally and impartially by officers and members of Planning Applications Committee. On that basis the complaints have not been upheld.
