What we're looking for
We're interested in any decent quality properties throughout London, but especially in Lambeth or south London.
Our highest demand is for two bed properties, but we have tenants waiting for properties of all sizes.
You'll need to:
- supply the normal safety certificates
- sign up to our terms and conditions, which are available on application
- be an accredited landlord.

We will also accept membership of other recognised schemes.
Our offer to you
Lambeth Lettings offers different packages to suit your business’ needs.
This varies based on where the property is located.
We currently offer a cash incentive scheme and a leasing scheme.
Cash incentive scheme
If you rent to someone at the local housing allowance rate through this scheme, we'll pay you a generous non-refundable cash incentive. This is instead of a deposit or an upfront advance rent payment from the tenant.
The tenancy will be a normal Assured Shorthold Tenancy between you and the tenant.
All the prospective tenants put forward to you under this scheme will be thoroughly assessed by our expert staff. You can be confident that they have gone through a robust vetting process.
Prospective tenants must also attend a good tenant accreditation course to ensure that they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities, and they sign our tenant’s code of conduct.
We can organise block viewings to give you a choice of suitable tenants.
The advantages of this scheme compared to our leasing scheme is that you can choose the tenant from those we put forward, and you benefit from the cash incentive payment.
It's in our interests that the tenancy is successful.
Our dedicated Tenancy Sustainment and Support team will continue to work with you after the tenancy has started. We'll support you to manage your property free of charge and we'll also provide your tenant with support to ensure they pay the rent and comply with the terms of the tenancy.
