Expressions of interest are being sought from organisations that can offer a proposed use of the Larkhall Park One O'Clock Club that supports the our aims and objectives set out in The Children and Young People’s Plan 2018-22.
Preference will be given to applicants that propose a business plan that supports the objectives our Better Start and Early Help programmes.
We're also looking for tenants that want to maximise use for the premises and encourage community use and community engagement. The lease terms will permit hiring of the premises for purposes consistent with the main use, the community uses and the planning use.
All applicants should provide a business plan setting out how they propose to use the premises, how they propose to engage with the community. The business plan will form the basis of a community service agreement between us and the tenant.
All applicants should view the premises and undertake their own surveys, inspections and measurements.
The premises will be open for viewings on:
- Tuesday 15 January 2019, between 2pm and 4pm
- Wednesday 16 January 2019, between 10am and 12noon.
Email Paul Davis at email@example.com to book on to one of the viewings.
