Applications to deposit landowner statements under section 15A(1) Commons Act 2006

Under section 15A of the Commons Act 2006, owners of land may apply to the Council as the commons registration authority to deposit a landowner statement accompanied by a map. This type of landowner statement brings to an end any period of recreational use ‘as of right’ over the land that the statement and map relate to.
