If your child was born between 1 September 2011 and 31 August 2012, you will need to apply for a transfer to from an infant to junior school for September 2019. The deadline for applications was midnight on Tuesday 15 January 2019.
If you have not applied already, you still need to do so online for your child to start junior school in September 2019. This form will be counted as a late application and will be processed after 16 April 2019.

1. Junior National Offer Day - Tuesday 16 April 2019
If you applied for your child's reception class place before the deadline of 15 January 2019 online, you will receive an email in the evening of 16 April asking you to log in to your child’s online application to view the outcome. Alternatively you can log in to the eadmissions portal below to access the outcome. Please read the details given, and accept the offer by 30 April 2019 to secure it. After 30 April, the acceptance facility online will be no longer be available.
Only if you applied using a paper Common Application Form will an outcome letter be posted first class to you on 16 April with a reply form to be returned by the same date.
It is vital that you respond to the offer the offer your child has been made by Tuesday 30 April 2019. If you are unsure how to do this online, please see our instructions for accepting your child's offer.

Please note that that details of waiting list places will not be available immediately, as lists need to be reordered which may take a week or so to include late applications etc.

If you applied after 15 January 2019, your application will be processed after 16 April 2019 and an outcome letter sent in due course afterwards. There are no set timescales for outcome letters to be sent.
2. Before you apply - if you have not applied already, or wish to apply for further schools

Children with special educational needs and, or disabilities (SEND)
If your child has an Education Health Care Plan, you'll need to apply for a junior school place in a different way.

Applying for a school place using the eAdmissions website when your child has a EHCP will not be valid and your child may miss out on a school place.
You don't live in Lambeth
If you live in a different borough but want to send your child to a school in Lambeth, please apply through your home council's website so that you the see information for your borough, or complete their paper application form.
Applying for schools in a different borough
If you want to apply for a school in a different borough you'll still need to apply through the Lambeth school admissions team and follow the application process on this page.

3. How to apply for a school place
If you have not applied for your child's junior school place you must apply for this using the eAdmissions website until 30 June 2019. If you have already applied online, you will need to use a Lambeth Junior paper Common Application Form.

If you can't apply online, or are making a second application for your child

Completed forms will need to be handed in by appointment at the Lambeth Customer Service Centre or sent back to us by post.
Appointments are required for staff to check the documents handed in and will last around 10 minutes. Most appointments will be available for the same day or the following day.

4. Proof of address and child's date of birth
When you apply for a school place you'll need to provide proof your address and your child's date of birth.
You must upload the correct documents for you and your child to the eAdmissions website even if you are applying late. If you've filled in a paper form, you must include these documents when you submit your application.
Without this documentation your child’s application may be withdrawn and no offer made at a school.

Change of details
If you move address after submitting your application, you must tell us about this so we can contact you if we need more information or to tell you the result of your application.
To tell us about your change of address, you'll need to fill in our school admissions change of address form and provide proof of your new address for and your child.
You'll also need to tell us if you have a change of medical circumstances or a sibling starts at a preferred school. You can do this by sending an email to the school admissions team at email@example.com.
Changes to preferences after the deadline for on time applications are not permitted.
5. Supplementary Information Forms (SIFs)
Some schools ask you to complete a SIF to provide extra information when you apply for a place.
You must ensure that you complete these forms where needed and return them to the school by their deadline for the admissions criteria to be looked at fully.
Currently, only St Bernardette Catholic Junior School requires a SIF to be filled in.
