Lambeth Civic Awards 2026

In Lambeth, we have a bold vision to put equity and justice at the heart of everything we do. We are proud of our rich history of collective activism and the diverse cultures that have shaped us into a radical, welcoming and creative community.

The Lambeth Civic Awards are the borough’s way of celebrating and recognising the incredible contributions of residents, volunteers, community groups, and organisations that continue this rich history.

These awards honour those who dedicate their time, passion and skills to strengthen community connections, champion local causes, protect and enhance our environment, support health and wellbeing, inspire young people, and enrich Lambeth’s cultural life.

Lambeth Council is committed to taking action to tackle the systemic challenges our communities face. Working with residents, groups and partners, we focus on the root causes of inequity and strive to deliver long-lasting change.

The Civic Awards celebrate the people and projects that bring our Lambeth 2030 ambitions to life. This year’s ceremony is made possible thanks to the kind and generous support of our sponsors, whose partnership helps us recognise those who inspire, uplift, and transform our Lambeth communities.

We want to thank our kind event and award sponsors, Marston Holdings, APCOA, Capita, WPS (Wates Property Services) and CDER Group for their support.
