Directorates and senior managers

The organisation has five directorates. They represent the key functional areas of the council. 

The directorates are:  

  • Children, Families, and Education
  • Integrated Health and Adult Social Care
  • Housing  
  • Growth and Environment
  • Resources

Senior management structure 

The senior management team, known as Management Board, oversee the strategic and operational performance of the organisation.
