Who can use this service

Disclosure request form 1 may be used by organisations such as the police, solicitors and HMRC to make requests for disclosure under the Data Protection Act 2018 in relation to formal criminal investigations or law enforcement (Schedule 2 Part 1 (2)(1) (Crime and Taxation).

Disclosure request form 2 may be used by individuals/solicitors/other organisations for disclosure under the Data Protection Act 2018 in relation to other disclosures required by law or in connection with legal proceedings (Schedule 2 Part 1 (5) (3).
