• Medical Conditions / Special Need requirements

• Details of any sport they play or clubs they are affiliated to

• Contact details for parent/carer (name, email address and phone number)

Ready Steady Go (Child weight management programme)

  • Single parent
  • Referral source
  • GP name and address
  • Health information (including Children’s medical conditions, weight, height, BMI)
  • Accommodation status
  • Primary earner employed
  • Exercise and nutrition status
  • Self-esteem and emotional distress status
  • Children’s and Adult medical conditions that could affect their ability to exercise

  • Registration for competition
  • Promotion of future London Youth Games and Mini London Marathon competitions.

Ready Steady Go

  • To monitor and evaluate the programme, tailor the interventions and review the quality of service we provide

We need your consent to hold and process this data. If you do not provide this information we will be unable to register competitors for London Youth Games or Mini London Marathon events or deliver the Ready Steady Go Programme. You may withdraw your consent by contacting us at:

  • Delivery partners for specific sports programmes
