• Personal information (such as name, date of birth, ethnicity, gender, address)

• School name and address

• Medical Conditions / Special Need requirements

London Youth Games and Mini London Marathon

• Details of any sport they play or clubs they are affiliated to

• Contact details for parent/carer (name, email address and phone number)

Ready Steady Go (Child weight management programme)

  • Single parent
  • Referral source
  • GP name and address
  • Health information (including Children’s medical conditions, weight, height, BMI)
  • Accommodation status
  • Primary earner employed
  • Exercise and nutrition status
  • Self-esteem and emotional distress status
  • Children’s and Adult medical conditions that could affect their ability to exercise

Purpose

London Youth Games and Mini London Marathon

  • Registration for competition
  • Promotion of future London Youth Games and Mini London Marathon competitions.

Ready Steady Go

  • To monitor and evaluate the programme, tailor the interventions and review the quality of service we provide

Lawful Basis

We need your consent to hold and process this data. If you do not provide this information we will be unable to register competitors for London Youth Games or Mini London Marathon events or deliver the Ready Steady Go Programme. You may withdraw your consent by contacting us at: sportsandleisure@lambeth.gov.uk

  • Competition organisers (London Youth Games and Mini London Marathon)
  • Delivery partners for specific sports programmes

Rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete personal information, in addition to other rights as explained in the full version of our privacy notice.

You have the right to contact us with a complaint if you’re unhappy with the way your personal data has been used.

We are committed to resolving complaints about our collection or use of personal information.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO if this issue is not resolved. You may at any time control access to and use of your personal information by contacting the Controller DPO.

Such control will include the ability to see what information we hold and to opt out of any use of your personal information and to prevent disclosure to any third party except as required by law or the order of a court of proper jurisdiction.
