- Name.
- Business address.
- Email address.
- Telephone number.
- Personal address.
- VAT details.
- National Insurance details.
- Passport details.
- Driving licence details (if applicable).
- Details of convictions (if applicable).
- Documentation received as evidence as part of an application, intervention or inspection process.
We also collect details of assistants and next of kin.
In the case of full street trading licences, additional details with regard to successors will be required, including:
- name
- address
- telephone number
- email address
- date of birth
- National Insurance details.
Purpose
- Legislative service delivery.
- Public records.
Recipients
- Cabinet Office (via the national fraud database).
- Health & Safety Executive.
- Internal Lambeth Council departments.
- Licensing authorities.
- The general public, where authorised by legislation.
Rights
