If you have concerns about the use of your personal data, the Information Commissioners Office is an independent body set up to uphold information rights in the UK. They can be contacted through the ICO website, through their helpline at 0303 123 1113, and in writing at their head office: Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
They can also be contacted if you have a query or complaint about the use of your information.
The Information Commissioner’s Office is the national regulator for compliance with the Data Protection Act who can provide independent guidance.
