Who it's for

Autistic children and young people aged 8 to 25, including their siblings.

When and where

Half-term activities Social, recreational, and cultural sessions: Myatt’s Field North Community Centre, 24 Crawshay Road, London SW9 6FZ 

Football and court-based sports sessions: Flaxman Sports Centre, 24 Carew Street, London SE5 9DF

End date: 22 February 2026

What happens at the sessions

UFFO Athletic and Leisure Group provides inclusive activities aimed at underserved communities, including those from East African and Muslim backgrounds. However, everyone is welcome to take part.

Sessions include:

• Social, recreational, and cultural activities
• Football and court-based sports
• Somali Traditional and World Boardgames

Referral and criteria

• Participants must be Lambeth residents or attend school in the borough.
• A diagnosis of autism is not required, but participants must experience difficulties accessing similar universal activities.
• Registration is required in advance by a parent or carer.
• A project poster with a QR code and hyperlink for registration will be available soon.

Additional activities

UFFO Athletic and Leisure Group also offers free weekly coached running and athletics at Battersea Park Millennium Arena, London SW11 4NJ.
