Finch Avenue Bee Road

We were delighted to work with residents to create a spring meadow on the verges beside houses on Finch Avenue. 

Working on a particularly sloping area of short grass, we worked with local families and Streatham Common Co-operative Partnership to plant hundreds of ‘species bulbs’ that are more like those found growing wild than garden varieties. Wild daffodil, wild onion, Cretan tulip and crocus will all establish here making a show in spring and summer, with an annual cut in August.
