  • Open Digital Planning (formerly RIPA and BOPS)

    Lambeth were proud to be the hosts for the launch of the new Open Digital Planning (ODP) project which combines the previously named RIPA (Reducing Invalid Planning Applications) and BOPS (Back Office Planning System) in December 2022 at the Royal Festival Hall. ODP is a collaborative project aimed at making it quicker and easier to make and process planning applications. Lambeth is a pioneer council at the vanguard of the Digital Planning revolution. We have been collaboratively leading this project since 2019.

  • Our Streets: Streatham South – Improvements to the junction at Kempshott and Buckleigh Roads

    We're making improvements at the junction Kempshott Road and Buckleigh Road to make the road safer for pedestrians.

  • Streatham Common Playground and Kiosk

    This project revitalised the playground with timber play equipment, connected pathways, seating area and is designed for toddlers through to more challenging pieces for older children.

  • Streatham Hill low traffic neighbourhood - temporary scheme

    Temporary traffic barriers stop through traffic, making it easier to walk, cycle and keep up social distancing.

  • The Streatham Investment and Growth Strategy 2019 - 2030

    Following public consultation on a draft of the Streatham Investment and Growth Strategy in 2019, the council has now formally adopted an updated version of the strategy for the period 2019 to 2030.
