Selling food, cosmetic, herbal or Cannabinoid-based products
You need to have additional checks and documentation in place before you display or sell certain products.
- Food
- Cosmetic products (including soaps, skin creams and lotions)
- Herbal remedy products
- Cannabinoid-based products (food or in cosmetics)
Market operators with traders selling any of these products will need to ensure that:
- all required steps have been followed
- relevant permissions obtained
- evidence can be provided to the council on demand.
