The directory provides information about events, activities, and services available for children and young people aged up to 19 years old, or 25 years old for those with additional needs. It is intended for use by parents, carers, young people and professionals.
The priority for the Lambeth directory is to list and promote Lambeth based services to children, young people and their families living in Lambeth. For services based in neighbouring boroughs we advise service providers to promote their service with their local authority.

How to add your service to the directory
If you provide services, activities or events based in Lambeth (or the service is intended for Lambeth families) you can register for an online account that enables you to promote your service on our website.
Once set up, you can add new services and return to your account to keep your listings up to date. This is a free service provided by Lambeth Council and by publishing your details on our directory you agree to our expectations of use.
How to change your details
If you already have an account, you can update your details by logging into the Lambeth Provider Portal. If you need help logging in to the Provider Portal or cannot remember your username, contact fis@lambeth.gov.uk for assistance.
Guidance for early years childcare providers
If you intend to provide childcare in Lambeth under the Ofsted Early Years Register, the process for adding your details on to our directory is different. Once Ofsted notify us of your registration, the Lambeth Families Information Service will contact you for further information about your service.
If your service is already published, you can update your childcare details using the Provider Portal.
Our expectations of service providers
You must inform us of any changes to your service via our online Lambeth Provider Portal. Services not updated for six months will be removed from the online directory to ensure the information provided to Lambeth families is as up to date and accurate as possible.
You will keep your account username and password secure, as well as the email address associated with your account. This helps to prevent misuse of the Lambeth Provider Portal.
The information you submit will be true to the best of your knowledge and you will complete all information requested by Lambeth Families Information Service.
