The R.A.P Academy Programme provides a safe, structured environment to develop emotional intelligence, life skills, and community responsibility.
Through 4 dynamic strands - RapMentors, Community Engagement, Straight 2 Da Point, and Respectful Futures - participants explore personal development, vocational pathways, restorative justice, and gender-informed education.
Activities include motivational talks, reflective group sessions, police-youth dialogues, and CPD-accredited training, promoting employability, accountability, and positive identity transformation.
The project is rooted in Coldharbour, drawing on local lived experience and partnerships to promote safer streets, rebuild trust between young people and law enforcement, and foster inclusive community networks.
By empowering young people with purpose and practical tools for change, the R.A.P Academy Programme helps create a future where every young person feels safe, valued, and equipped to thrive.
