Each session provides a welcoming space to talk about what keeps participants awake at night, while introducing simple, effective tools to aid rest and relaxation.
Grounded in mindfulness and breathwork, the classes teach accessible techniques that promote calm and support better sleep. It’s often reassuring to know you’re not alone at 2am, and even more so to discover ways to find your way back to rest.
Funding will support growth by helping to build local partnerships and strengthen community connections. They are currently seeking collaborations with local organisations, such as community centres and GP practices, to host classes and help reach more people in need of sleep support, both in-person and online.
