    We are seeking your views on the proposal to close or relocate the Deaf resource Base at Jubilee Primary School in Lambeth. Due to the current low numbers of uptake in the Base at Jubilee the school are proposing to close the base at the end the academic year 2025. We are seeking your views on this proposal before we decide to support this proposal or not. This is an information gathering exercise and no decision has yet been made if Lambeth support the proposed closure . We would like to hear from parents, stakeholders, members of the deaf community, practitioners, teaching staff and any other groups these proposals may have an impact on.     Lambeth Council aims to increase canopy cover across the borough and aim to plant 5000 trees between 2022 and 2026. Regrettably though, there are instances where we need to fell trees. Most street trees are felled because they are dead, irreparably damaged (for example by vehicle collisions) or decaying to the point where they are structurally unsound.
