We're asking residents, customers, partners and stakeholders to give their views on Lambeth's draft Homelessness and Rough Sleeping strategy by completing our survey below. The consultation runs from 16 September to 25 October 2019.

Rising levels of homelessness over the past decade are a tragedy that the council and our partners have been working hard to mitigate.

Despite significant cuts to the funding we and our partners receive from central government, Lambeth council has continued to ensure that we do everything we can to help rough sleepers and those facing homelessness.

Despite these reductions in the amount of money the council and our partners receive from central government, we have protected many services to help rough sleepers and are continuing to spend around £4 million a year on a range of support.

We know more work needs to be done to keep improving our services and our coordinated work with partners such as the NHS, homelessness charities and other providers of support. That’s why we need you to help us shape our homelessness strategy so we can continue to support those people who are most in need.

Please read our Lambeth draft Homelessness and Rough Sleeping strategy to find out more about our proposals and share your views with us to help shape the strategy.
