As part of the Tulse Hill Low Traffic Neighbourhood, we are developing the permanent designs and public realm improvements for this area. As part of this, we will be collaboratively designing two spaces with the LTN with the public: Elm Park shopping parade and the junction of Upper Tulse Hill and Claverdale Road.

We want to make changes that benefit the local community, including:

  • improve safety for all users
  • encourage travel in healthier, more active ways
  • create space for people
  • improve air quality
  • support the local economy.

During January and February, we are asking residents, businesses and other stakeholders what changes they would like to see in these area through online surveys and in-person engagement events.
