Lambeth Council is conducting a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) which looks at the health and pharmacy needs of the people who live in your area. A part of our Pre-Consultation phase for the PNA will include a public survey to better understand the views local people have about pharmacy services in Lambeth. Pharmacies provide over the counter medicines as well as those GPs prescribe. They can also offer health advice and information.
The survey will contribute to the PNA to help to identify where service gaps might exist and how services might be improved. It will also help to make decisions on new pharmaceutical services or changes to existing services. The combined results of all the surveys that are completed will be available on the council website later in 2022. This will be a part of the Consultation phase to seek the views of members of the public and other stakeholders, on whether they agree with the contents of the PNA and whether it addressed issues that they considered relevant to the provision of pharmaceutical services.
This survey should take 10 minutes to complete. We value your input and stress that your answers will be completely anonymous. Any information you provide will not be linked to you and will not affect the care you receive from the NHS or your pharmacy.
