100 Black British Doctors is a powerful step toward visibility and inclusion in medicine. Created by the Future Medics Forum, the book shares real stories from Black doctors through the ages and across the UK, highlighting both their achievements and the challenges they’ve faced, to inspire the next generation of medics and healthcare professionals.

Through honest, lived experiences, the book opens up conversations around access, representation, and equity in healthcare. It also provides role models and lived experiences that reflect the reality of life in the medical frontline.

Join contributors to the book for discussion and networking – be inspired to be the next generation of medic or share your story of a life in medicine. Let’s celebrate and highlight the contributions of African and Caribbean heritage doctors to the NHS, and provide powerful role models for young people.
