Join the Radical Readers book group to discuss Slavery in the British Empire, and its legacy in the Modern World by Stephen Cushion.

In the book, Cushion examines the historic process of enslavement as well as the continuing impact. He argues that many of the direst problems still facing the world -from horrific economic inequality to rampant environmental decline - have their origins in the institution of slavery.

Stephen will be joining our regular radical reading group to discuss the book.
