Capoeira is a very unique martial art that was developed by predominantly enslaved West-Africans in Brazil over 500 years ago, as a way to train their bodies, keep mentally fit and fight against their oppressors. Capoeira combines self-defence, dance, acrobatics, philosophy, instrumental playing and singing. Join UINCAP International Union of Capoeira for an introductory workshop. Ages 7+
